Situation of refugees on the Belarus-EU border in September 2021 has been attracting media's attention for weeks. Newcomers from all over Asia, Africa and Middle East have been experiencing all sorts of other unlawful treatment from the border guards (violence, having their property damaged, having their asylum applications not accepted, being pushed back). The NGOs willing to help them with food and dry clothes were denied access to the people in need. To silence media outlets, Polish government has declared the State of Emergency in every district located at the Polish-Belarusian border. This means ban on reporting from the site. A crowd has gathered by the Polish parliament to express their resentment.
